How to report content you believe infringes your rights.

Hudson, Potts & Bernstein, LLP ("the Firm") respects the intellectual property and other rights of others and expects users of this website to do the same. We review every properly submitted notice and respond appropriately, which may include removing or disabling access to the content in question.

How to submit a notice

Send a written notice to the contact below that includes:

  1. Your contact information — your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the material — a description of the content you believe is infringing or unlawful, and the URL(s) or a description sufficient for us to locate it on this website.
  3. The basis for your complaint — the right you believe has been infringed (for example, the copyrighted work or trademark at issue) and why you believe the content is unlawful.
  4. A good-faith statement — a statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. An accuracy statement — a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
  6. Your signature — a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

What happens next

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the content. We may contact you for additional information. We reserve the right to decline requests that are incomplete, that we reasonably believe to be invalid, or where the content is lawful.
